Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind PRIMED. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and the seal is completely intact.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We do not process return requests by phone or voice message.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@feelprimed.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return
  2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with our return address and instructions
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us at your own cost to our warehouse in the Netherlands
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  6. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider

Important Conditions

  • Products must be unopened and the seal must be completely intact to qualify for a refund
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, no exceptions
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund
  • We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
  • PRIMED. is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@feelprimed.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.


Refused Packages

If possible, please accept your delivery and contact us to arrange a return rather than refusing the package. Refused packages can be lost in transit and if the package does not reach our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.

If you refuse a package due to obvious damage, you will not be charged return shipping and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund once the package is received back at our warehouse.


Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may choose either a full refund for the products ordered or a free reship of your order.
