Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind PRIMED. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unopened and the seal is completely intact.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We do not process return requests by phone or voice message.
Return Process
- Contact us at support@feelprimed.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with our return address and instructions
- Pack the product securely and ship it back to us at your own cost to our warehouse in the Netherlands
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
Important Conditions
- Products must be unopened and the seal must be completely intact to qualify for a refund
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, no exceptions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund
- We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
- PRIMED. is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@feelprimed.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
Refused Packages
If possible, please accept your delivery and contact us to arrange a return rather than refusing the package. Refused packages can be lost in transit and if the package does not reach our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
If you refuse a package due to obvious damage, you will not be charged return shipping and we will either reship your order or issue a full refund once the package is received back at our warehouse.
Undelivered Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may choose either a full refund for the products ordered or a free reship of your order.
